Parcours assez sportif au début, déconseillé aux enfants de moins de 9 ans pour la durée assez longue du parcours. Passage de 2 toboggans de barrages (Langeac et Le Chambon), nombreuses plages pour des pauses et baignades.
À voir de la rivière : Chapelle de Ste Marie des Chazes, village et abbaye Chanteuges, falaise du Blot, village perché de Chilhac, presqu’île et enceinte du prieuré de Lavoute-Chilhac.

L’Allier est une des rares rivières en France où l’on peut allier les sensations, avec le parcours rafting des gorges, et le plaisir de naviguer en canoë.
Notre programme journée eaux vives vous permettra d’associer les deux. Descendez en rafting le matin entre Monistrol d’Allier et Prades 12 km, puis randonnée libre l’après-midi en canoë ou kayak à votre rythme entre Le Pradel et Langeac 15 km.
