An escape in the middle of nature... A long and more sportive route starting from Saint Antonin. The silent navigation in canoe or in kayak will allow you to observe the life of the river. This descent is first punctuated by an alternation of beaches and rapids. After the Roumégous causeway and the Ondes slide, the guinguette breaks at the Manjocarn rock, you will cross small amusing rapids at the Saut du Loup before arriving at the Cazals mill, just after the refreshing wave of the causeway. You can have a snack at the guinguette or a picnic on the beach before entering the wild part of the gorge lined with old mossy trees and almost tropical vegetation. You will go along the spectacular cliffs of Amiel and finish your journey at the foot of the Pont de Penne dominated by its perched fortress.

Whether you sail for an hour or several days, we have the right equipment for you:
Canoe sit on top from 1 to 3 places, kayak 1 place, Stand Up Paddle. Our team puts at your disposal recent professional equipment with CE standards, vests and containers washed after each use (biodegradable products and respectful of nature).
Conditions to navigate :
- From 6 years old
- Know how to swim
- Depending on the weather: hat, sun cream, windbreaker
- Sportswear recommended (bathing suit, T-shirt, closed shoes mandatory). Water shoes for sale on site.

25 € per person for a 17km course, count about 4h30 of descent. Departures are at 9:30 and 10:30 am.
