A relaxing trip from Saint Antonin, to share with family or friends. You will be able to take advantage of the numerous beaches, to appreciate the bathing and to sail at the foot of the limestone cliffs. After the Roumégous causeway and the Ondes slide, you can stop at the Manjocarn rock and its two "guinguettes" or find your own little corner of paradise for a picnic. At the bend of the river you will take pleasure in crossing the Saut du Loup rapids before arriving at the Cazals mill where a pretty guinguette and your return shuttle await you.

Whether you sail for an hour or several days, we have the right equipment for you:
Canoe sit on top from 1 to 3 places, kayak 1 place, Stand Up Paddle. Our team puts at your disposal recent professional equipment with CE standards, vests and containers washed after each use (biodegradable products and respectful of nature).
Conditions to navigate :
- From 6 years old
- Know how to swim
- Depending on the weather: hat, sun cream, windbreaker
- Sportswear recommended (bathing suit, T-shirt, closed shoes mandatory). Water shoes for sale on site.
