Relax [Les Ondes - Cazals] 7 km - 2h
Canoeing in Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, you'll discover a small family-friendly course during this descent punctuated by beaches offering beautiful views of the Capucins cliffs in the heart of the Gorges de l' Aveyron. After setting off from Les Ondes, enjoy a refreshing break at the Manjocarn rock. You'll cross some easy rapids at Saut du Loup before arriving at Moulin de Cazals for a bite to eat at the guinguette, where the return shuttle is waiting.

Whether you're sailing for an hour or several days, we have the right equipment for you:
1 or 2-seater sit-on-top canoes, 1-seater kayak , Stand Up Paddle. Our team will provide you with the latest CE-certified professional equipment, with vests and containers washed after each use (biodegradable products that respect nature).
Conditions to navigate :
- At least 2 people
- From 6 years old
- Know how to swim
- Depending on the weather: hat, sun cream, windbreaker
- Sportswear recommended (bathing suit, T-shirt, closed shoes mandatory). Water shoes for sale on site.
